Yeah, Martin checked the polls and learned that most Canadians don't want in on BMD. Not that it will stop the US from shooting down missiles to have them fall inside Canada, of course.

Much of the progress we've see under this Liberal government is precisely because it's a minority. More argument for proportional representation, I say.
