bad diet days.

The last few days have been "bad diet days" I fell off the wagon, went back to grazing and greasy foods. Now I feel all icky. That'll learn me, eh? Back to healthy choices for dinner...

sometimes I find that it helps to have a "cheat food" or even a day off from the diet.

Sticking with a diet is very hard, so don't beat yourself up if you stray from time to time. I still get cravings for things like cheesies and McDonalds fries and (whispers) sometimes I even give in

One meal or one snack of greasy foods or an afternoon of grazing (say at a party) does not count. Unfortunatley I sort of fell off the wagon on Friday night and didn't get back on until today. I couldn't figure out why I was feeling lethargic and bloated until I was reviewing my dietary choices....
