Shorties - WTF??

From the WTF toy department comes Mattel's new dimminutive skanks, the Shorties

I presume someone pitched them as a compact version of the oddly popular Bratz which also forced Barbie to put out the My Scene line last year... but there is something very wrong about these proportionally-challenged dolls. Honestly, I think they look like someone took the FP Little People figures and made them up to audition for a Nelly video.

I think you may have missed an important point, Cheryl. The purpose of young women is to provide sexual arousal/response among the male population, and to be generally sexually-available to same. Thus, dolls like these help ease young women into their natural role as grown-up toys for guys.

...and although I'm being ironic, I've met many men who would not see the irony in the above statement (i.e. women are worthless if not "attractive.").

Hello,

Just my personal opinion. But I feel, after much scrutinizing of the website, and after gnawing at the very fringes of my soul in isolation for many hours, and after many pulls on my bottle of Jagrmeister, that those dolls...well...ahem...they could be a little skankier? I mean, they promise much, but fail to deliver. A little latex would be nice. Perhaps some whips? I don't know, it could be me, and as i said, i did wreak torture on the very essence of my being, le gout d'esprit, and it was the best i could come up with. I hope that helps.
